RobotWorx Solution Details:

RobotWorx RW1000 - two station pre-engineered workcell with 6-axis medium reach robot. Includes two stationary weld tables, rigid steel enclosure, door interlocks, and common base. Entry doors utilize steel mesh with arc glare protection. One entry door for each side of the workcell. Base comes with forklift pockets. One entry door for each side of the workcell. Base comes with forklift pockets. Includes common power disconnect; robot and welding power supply are fused separately.
Motoman UP6 XRC - Reconditioned 6-axis medium reach robot with 6kg payload capacity. Includes XRC controls and teach pendant.
