RobotWorx recently completed a feasibility study for an industrial company wanting to
automate a
deburring process.
Deburring is the process of removing uneven, rough edges from a part to create a finished product.
Throughout the phases of this study, tests were conducted to determine proper tooling, positioning, and final quality of the part. At the conclusion of the testing, a robot was integrated into the company's factory to perform automated
deburring.
