The FANUC ArcMate 100iB is a six-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven welding robot. This 100iB Fanuc robot arm was designed with high speed in mind. Compact and flexible, the Arc Mate 100iB robot is capable of high speed welding and cutting, yet precise enough to handle pick and place applications.

The ARC Mate 100iB Fanuc robots also have extremely narrow wrists, so they can reach easily inside of parts or other machines.  It is powered by electric servos and a RJ3iB controller. The wire feed motor mounts directly to the top arm.  The Fanuc ARCMate 100 iB has a relatively lightweight payload ability - 6kg - which makes it perfect for welding applications.

It is compatible with all major brands of welding equipment for maximum flexibility. The ArcMate 100iB arc welding robots achieve added durability through the use of sealed bearings and protected drives.
