Compare Fanuc Controllers
The FANUC Arc Mate 100 iC was designed to provide maximum performance and reliability for welding and cutting applications. The Fanuc 100iC robot protects teh weld torch cable, gas lines, air lines, and the wire feeder motor cable by routing them inside the robot arm. This improves reliability and reduces setup time. It also prevents cable interference and allows offline program generation without compromising the cable integrity.
The Fanuc ArcMate 100iC robot creates a large work area and maintains high speeds throughout. It moves 15% faster than the other robots in its class. This robot arm can process large parts and use complex tooling without compromising productivity. The FANUC ArcMate 100iC is compatible with all major brands of welding equipment and can be interfaced with most types of servo-driven or indexing positioners. A slim wrist enables entry into small openings in the work space.
The ARC Mate 100iC can see, sense, and simulate. It is equipped with an iRVision system as well as Collision Guard. Programming is faster and simpler with a ROBOTGUID-WeldPRO simulation software package and another software feature called Vision Shift. Both allow for seamless tooling and fixture changes. These software programs eliminate accidents and save time normally spent testing or adding adjustments.
There is also a shorter arm version of this robot. The Fanuc ArcMate 100iC/10s has a reduced forearm with a 1,098mm reach and is designed for greater dexterity and less interference with other robots, positioners and peripherals. It has a 10kg payload and offers cycle times of +/-0.05mm repeatability. Both the R-30iA and R-30iA Mate controllers are compatible with this Fanuc ArcMate Robot.
