The parallel-link Fanuc M-1iA is a super lightweight assembly Genkotsu robot. With a spider-like body and weighing in at only 17kg, the M-1iA is designed to fit in tight spots - shelves, machines, etc. It has a payload capacity of 0.5kg.
The M1iA is available in both a 6-axis (M-1iA/0.5A) and 4-axis version (M-1iA/0.5S). The 6-axis version is designed with a flexible 3-axis wrist. This nimble Fanuc model offers remarkable precision and speed (3,000 degrees per second). For more straightforward tasks, the 4-axis M-1iA/0.5S model has a single wrist axis.
The M-1iA is run by the advanced Fanuc R-30iA controller and is easily accommodates vision and/or collision equipment.
