Fanuc M-410

Fanuc Robot­ics designed the M‑410 specif­i­cal­ly for pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions that require high-speeds and greater per­for­mance. With 4 axes of motion and a hefty pay­load, this robot increas­es pro­duc­tiv­i­ty by offer­ing fast cycle times and a large work enve­lope. Max­i­mum flex­i­bil­i­ty is achieved through a small foot­print design and the pal­letiz­ing soft­ware allows for easy pro­gram cre­ation and editing. 

The Fanuc M‑410 Pal­letiz­ing Robot fea­tures lin­ear motion speeds up to 4200 mm/​sec and ded­i­cat­ed pneu­mat­ic and elec­tri­cal (8 dig­i­tal inputs/​8 dig­i­tal out­puts) con­nec­tions at the wrist to sim­pli­fy user’s end-of-arm tool­ing design and inte­gra­tion. The high reli­a­bil­i­ty of the used Fanuc M‑410 is enhanced through a design that includes an inte­grat­ed mechan­i­cal and elec­tri­cal con­trol unit to elim­i­nate cabling and con­nec­tions. Col­li­sion issues are vir­tu­al­ly elim­i­nat­ed through the ver­ti­cal­ly artic­u­lat­ed design. With three pay­load ranges for greater ver­sa­til­i­ty, the used M‑410 is avail­able in Stan­dard (60 kg), Heavy Duty (100 kg), and Extra Heavy Duty (155 kg) models.
