A gantry robot system mounts a robot arm on an overhead track, creating a horizontal plane that the robot can travel and extending the work envelope. 

Available in different track lengths and with different robot arms, a FANUC Gantry system can reduce integration costs by providing a larger work area without increasing the number of robot arms. It also reduces floor space requirements by mounting the robot overhead.

The gantry rail lengths are customizable with standard lengths being 10, 15, 20, and 25 feet. The FANUC robot arms available range from the M6iT, M16iAT, M-710iBT, and others.
