Motoman DX1350D

Motoman’s DX1350D robot offers high wrist torque and 35 kg max­i­mum pay­load, specif­i­cal­ly designed for use in mate­r­i­al removal and fin­ish­ing appli­ca­tions. With three wrist axes rang­ing in motion from +/- 125 degrees to +/- 360 degrees and speed from 270 degrees/​second to 460 degrees/​second, the Motoman DX1350D’s wrist torque is well-suit­ed for pol­ish­ing, debur­ring, and oth­er fin­ish­ing process­es and is rat­ed high­est in its class. The wrist does not require a pro­tec­tive jack­et because it is IP67-rated.

The Motoman DX1350D DX100 robot also includes an arm with excep­tion­al reach. The arm can reach behind itself to change tool­ing, is extra­or­di­nar­i­ly stiff, and fea­tures 0.06 mm repeata­bil­i­ty. Each of the six axes on the Motoman DX1350D robot has brakes to increase work­er safety.
