The Motoman EA1800N is the solution for arc welding large work pieces. This heavy payload manipulator is faster than most standard arc welding robots and allows for specialized sensors to be mounted near the torch. Internal cabling reduces interference and allows for better part access.
The motion range of the Motoman EA1800N is expanded through the improved design of the B and T axes. A hollow upper arm optimizes the bend radius of the torch and prevents pinched and stretched cables. The higher payload of this arm allows for use in multiple applications, including dispensing and material handling.
The standard EA1800 is floor-mounted, however a ceiling / wall mounting option is available on the EA1800TN for additional flexibility.
