Motoman ES200D

Motoman’s ES200D spot weld­ing robot offers a high­er pay­load capac­i­ty. A 200 kg max­i­mum pay­load capac­i­ty requires a pow­er­ful build, and this robot deliv­ers. Not will­ing to sac­ri­fice qual­i­ty for size, Motoman devel­oped the ES200D DX100 robot to fea­ture both. Its repeata­bil­i­ty of 0.2 mm and max­i­mum motion range remain unchanged from the ES series. Pow­er and util­i­ty cables are kept in place with cable har­ness­es and rout­ed through the ES200D body to reduce main­te­nance costs and increase weld qual­i­ty and reliability.

The DX100 con­troller for the ES series robots can con­trol up to eight robots at a time and fol­lows ANDI/RIA 15.06−1999 and oth­er impor­tant safe­ty standards.
