Motoman GP25

Increased axis speeds by up to 40% enable the Motoman GP25 to bring high­er lev­els of per­for­mance to your pro­duc­tion line. The GP25 offers greater strength to con­quer high­er pay­loads, up to 25 kg, as well as increased moment and iner­tia rat­ings. The GP25 can also be placed in close prox­im­i­ty with oth­er robots as it has a reduced inter­fer­ence design with a small foot­print and slim arm design. All of these attrib­ut­es and more make it ide­al for high-vol­ume mate­r­i­al han­dling applications.

With just a sin­gle cable for con­nec­tion, the set­up and main­te­nance are a quick and effi­cient. The GP25 also has a hol­low arm to elim­i­nate the wear or inter­fer­ence of cables.

It has an IP-67 wrist and a body stan­dard of IP-54. If need­ed, there is an extra pro­tec­tion pack­age (XP) avail­able to increase the body pro­tec­tion up to IP65.

The Motoman GP25 robot is designed for assem­bly, dis­pens­ing, han­dling, mate­r­i­al removal and pack­ag­ing type appli­ca­tions. All axis speeds have been increased. This six-axis mod­el is the fourth in the GP-series line of robots.

The arm design and broad work­ing enve­lope allow oper­a­tion in wider work areas with the abil­i­ty to delve into the work­space. The GP25 robot offers min­i­mum acceleration/​deceleration times for all robot positions.

This Motoman GP25 robot is paired with the YRC1000 con­troller that mea­sures 598 W x 490 H x 427 D mm, result­ing in fur­ther reduced space require­ments. It also offers improved pen­dant design and a lighter weight.
