Motoman MH80 II

The MH80 II is a high speed, pow­er­ful han­dling robot that is sure to increase your pro­duc­tion with its supe­ri­or per­for­mance in dis­pens­ing, mate­r­i­al cut­ting, machine tend­ing, press tend­ing, and oth­er han­dling appli­ca­tions. It is a six-axis robot with a high wrist rat­ing of IP67 that pro­vides an increased han­dling capac­i­ty with a pay­load up to 80 kg. In addi­tion, the MH80 II is very reli­able, with its high-speed motion, high-rigid­i­ty speed reduc­ers, and cables rout­ed through the base and upper arm, all of which help to increase robot life and safe­ty, while also reduc­ing the cycle times. 

The MH80 II requires min­i­mal floor­space as it offers a small inter­fer­ence zone com­bined with a wide work enve­lope. This enables the robot to be placed close to oth­er work­pieces or equip­ment. It can be mount­ed to the floor, wall, or ceil­ing and mount­ing for periph­er­al equip­ment is pro­vid­ed in mul­ti­ple loca­tions for eas­i­er integration. 

If need­ed, there are addi­tion­al options avail­able such as an IP65 rat­ed body, eXtraPro­tec­tion, and anti-cor­roisve paint. The MH80 II is paired with the DX200.
