This compact Motoman MS 80 offers numerous advantages as a spot welding robot. The MS80 DX100 produces fast movements, resulting in shorter cycle times and high throughput. Its smaller size allows it to be placed closer to the workpiece for added flexibility. The spot welding gun on the MS-80 is a lighter, highly efficient DC gun that produces a 50% power savings. Integrated cabling and spot harness reduces interference and programming time. These cables and hoses are proven to last six times longer than traditional harnesses.
