The SP80X has a wide, 360 degree work envelope that can service multiple infeed conveyors and a single pallet loading station. The five-axis design of the Motoman SP80X does not use parallel links for the lower or upper arm, which eliminates interference zones within the work envelope. Its fast axial speeds reduce cycle time and increase production output. Other features include advanced Sigma motors and internally routed air and I/O signal lines. PC based, off-line programming software is available as an option to simplify programming of palletizing applications.
