The seven degrees of motion on the Motoman VS- 50 introduces the ability to reorient the manipulator axes without changing the gun position. A compact build and faster base axis shortens the TAKT time and results in higher throughput. An integrated spot harness facilitates programming and reduces maintenance. High performance compact servo guns provide the clamping force and current capacity of larger guns.
The Motoman V-S50 is interfaced with the Motoman DX100 robot controller. This controller has the ability to control up to 8 robots and 72 axes. It works with Windows CE to ease programming.
