Flexibility defines RobotWorx' RW1050 workcell. RobotWorx customizes this welding system to fit your application, product, and facility requirements.
Flexible Workspace:
Thinking about reconfiguring your floorplan? The RW1050 is built with a common base and forklift pockets, so it's easy to install and maneuver anywhere. This common base provides the workcell with a defined, compact footprint.
Robot of Choice:
RobotWorx designed this system so you can place any arc welder inside. Choose from a Motoman UP6, SK6, SK16; Fanuc ArcMate 100i, 120i or 120il; or even a Panasonic VR6 GII or VR16 GII. The RW1050 allows you to select the right robot for your application needs. A complete welding dressout package is part of the system.
Positioning Flexibility
The RW1050's 180 degree indexing table allows for dual station operations. While one set of parts is welded, the other table side can be loaded. This arrangement speeds and simplifies production. Fixed tooling configurations can be created to suit.
Customed Safety:
The RW1050 comes with a total safety environment that is easily tailored to fit customer needs. The entire system is enclosed with rigid steel beams. The two doors on either side of the robot are constructed from hard fencing doors and equipped with interlocks. An arc-glare divider protects workers loading one side of the turntable. Light curtains or safety mats are available to keep workers safe and regulate the indexing turntable.
