Ten per­cent faster than the ABB IRB 140, the ABB IRB 140T IRC5 is capa­ble of per­form­ing a wide vari­ety of appli­ca­tions while reduc­ing cycle time and increas­ing pro­duc­tiv­i­ty. A 15 – 20% reduc­tion in cycle times is pos­si­ble when using pure axis 1 and 2 move­ments. These high speeds, when com­bined with Pick­Mas­ter, are well suit­ed for pack­ing applications.

ABB IRB 140T IRC5 vari­a­tions include the IRB 140TF, which fea­tures foundry plus pro­tec­tion and is suit­able for extreme foundry envi­ron­ments. The IRB 140TCR vari­a­tion fea­tures a white fin­ish and meets Clean Room class 10 reg­u­la­tions. Final­ly the IRB 140W is a wash pro­tec­tion ver­sion that is cor­ro­sion resistant.
