ABB IRB 5400-03

The ABB IRB 5400 – 03 Clean-Wall rail is a reli­able, fast, and effi­cient paint­ing robot. It fea­tures a slim arm and a larg­er work­ing enve­lope. The Clean-Wall con­struc­tion can pro­vide for nar­row­er spray booths widths, reduced air han­dling, and low­er ener­gy requirements.

These rails are suit­able for both new­er facil­i­ties and for retro­fits into exist­ing spray booth sys­tems. Com­mon­ly sup­plied rail lengths range from 1.5 meters and extend to 12 meters or longer depend­ing on application.

The IRB 5400 – 13 IRC5P Clean­Wall rail sys­tem is an enhanced ver­sion of the effi­cient Paint Robot IRB 5400 – 03. The sub­stan­tial per­for­mance of the IRB 5400 IRC5P has increased even more with the IRB 5400 – 13.
