FANUC R-J2 Controller:  

FANUC RJ2 ControllerDescription: The FANUC R-J2 controller uses a multi-tasking operating system that allows for the execution of up to four concurrent user programs. There are also advanced sensing and vision capabilities possible.  The RJ2 has upgraded memory technology to alow for faster software loading and a fast power-up and program execution wtih auto resume.  This helps to save time and further increase productivity. The newer model of the RJ2, the RJ3iB, is also available at RobotWorx.

FANUC R-J3 ControllerFANUC RJ3 Controller

Description:  The FANUC RJ-3 controller has a 32-bit main CPU with dual processor architecture that enables fast calculations, reduced programming times, and increased path accuracy.  The RJ3 system is flexible for application specific configurations while maintaining desired commonality through FANUC's plug-in options.  Other benefits of the RJ3 system include AccuPath for advanced path tracking, instant trigger response, collision detection, and TurboMove to minimize cycle time.

FANUC R-30iA Controller

FANUC R30IA CONTROLLERDescription: The FANUC R-30iA is a compact and lightweight controller that is easy to integrate on the production line.  It has simple download and upload of robot programs to a server, an enhanced vibrations control, and an integrated 2D vision system. It's reliable technology will not disappoint. The R-30iA comes equipped with collision detection (minimizing any robot damage) and zone I/O for application flexibility.

*FANUC R-30iA Mate Controller

FANUC R30iA Mate Controller

Description: The FANUC R-30iA Mate offers the same reliability as the standard R-30iA, but in a smaller package.  Despite its small size, this robot is extremely powerful and has a very fast start up (just under 1 minute).  If there is a power failure, the R-30iA Mate can safety continue production by memorizing its position before failure. Additionally, there are minimal maintenance requirements with minimal components for quick access and no need for special tooling.  There are safety features that enable continuous monitoring of the motor current by the servo control, overheating, collision detection, overloading, and part positioning.  The R-30iA Mate is useful in climate-controlled applications such as food lab, pharmaceutical, medical, and educational settings. To speed up the installation of vision applications, there is is an integrated 2D system included with the controller (can be easily upgraded to 3D).  The FANUC R-30iA controller can work perfectly with smaller robots, such as the LR-Mate series.

FANUC R-30iB ControllerFANUC R30iB Controller

Description: The FANUC R-30iB is used with the latest generation of industrial robot arms by FANUC. It is a high-performance, energy saving controller that brings a higher level of productivity to the production floor as it allows users to see and manipulate 3D graphics as well as invisible process data. It offers hardware and the latest advances in network communications, integrated iRVision, and motion control functions.  Furthermore, the iPendant has a graphics touch screen that displays process information and the actual process path, allowing for a much easier set up. Floor space is saved by 68% with the smaller necessary controller space and option to stack, if necessary.  All of the R-30iB robot controllers are built standard with intelligent functions such as vision, force, and interference check. 


FANUC R-30iB Open Air Cabinet

FANUC R30iB Open Air CabinetDescription: The FANUC R-30iB Open Air Cabinet is a compact unit that is self-contained, powerful, and built for a wide range of environments.  This controller is perfect for a wide range of smaller robots, including the M1, M2, M3, and LR Mate robots.   This open air cabinet version of the R-30iB controller can actually be rack mounted into another cabinet if need be, or it can be stacked when used for work cells with multiple robots. This helps to save space without giving up power and productivity. The R-30iB Open Air Cabinet has an external air filter, so it may not be the best choice for a factory with dust or contaminants circling around.  Furthermore, there are beneficial options such as upgrading to an iPendant or adding a variety of vision software options.
