Responsibilities
 • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
 • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
 • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
 • Ensure resource availability and allocation
 • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
 • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
 • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
 • Report and escalate to management as needed
 • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
 • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
 • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
 • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
 Requirements
 • Proven working experience in project management in the automation sector
 • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in automation technologies
 • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
 • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
 • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
 • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

RobotWorx, one of the nation’s largest robotic integrators, is seeking an experienced Robot Tech capable of integrating complex customized robotic workcells.
 
Job Responsibilities
 
The Robot Tech will utilize their vast background and experience to integrate robotic workcells per the customer’s requirements.
Must have an excellent understanding of integrating industrial robotic and automation systems.
Must be very familiar (with at least two) Fanuc, Motoman, Kuka or ABB, which are the main robot manufacturers that RobotWorx sells.
Ensure projects are executed in the most effective manner in regards to time, cost (budget), quality, and function.
Clear communication with management and the shop leadership on issues that arise.
Develop and implement quality improvement or cost reduction initiatives (standards).
Contribute to project teams, providing help outside of robotics scope when required.
Establish beneficial relationships with our key supplier products and services.
 
Requirements 
 
Technical degree or higher preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience with industrial robotic automation, (Fanuc, Motoman, ABB or Kuka). 
Experience with robotic vision systems is a plus
CAD experience (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) is a plus 
Experience with PLC’s is a plus 
Excellent problem solving skills

This is a day shift position with very minimal travel to the customer’s facility. with medical, dental, vision, vacation, paid holidays, bonus and 401K after 90 days. 
 
Responsible for sales/scoping direction, managing, review of engineering, manufacture, commissioning etc. Needs to be a great representative/face of the company, and able to travel sometimes with little notice for short periods within the US.
Service Technician / Installation / Operator & Trainer - Bladestop
The Robot Tech will utilize their vast background with Fanuc, Motoman, ABB, and/or Kuka and experience to integrate robotic workcells per the customer’s requirements. Travel required sometimes at short notice.
Oversee execution of all robotic integration projects; work alongside technicians, technician supervisors and engineers to meet customer requirements.
Automation PLC / Vision / Safety programing experience, to assist with hands on commissioning of equipment. Some site travel will be required.
Required to assemble at Scott and at customers’ sites.
Responsible for milling and machining on CNC machines including programming.
Collating, compiling and maintaining technical documentation. Working closely with the project delivery team, the main focus is on product documentation – including CE-compliance certificates, risk assessment, performance documentation and service manuals.
Successfully manage machine building and upgrade projects. Domestic & international travel required. English & Chinese language proficiency.
Fit and wire electrical instrumentation, use workshop machinery to produce mechanical parts, carry out PCB and vision device parameter changes/programming. Install and commission machines - local, interstate and international. Role focused on BladeStop build.
