While a human work­er may be able to start off a shift at 12 sec­onds per cycle, they def­i­nite­ly would not be able to keep that high speed through­out the day. The KR-16 has no prob­lem keep­ing up the pace. 

This lev­el of pow­er and speed means that 2,400 parts could be picked in one 8‑hour shift. That lev­el of speed improves the over­all pro­duc­tion rates through­out the line, allow­ing man­u­fac­tur­ers to pick more parts per hour than ever before. This could mean that man­u­fac­tur­ers are able to take on more orders, effec­tive­ly grow­ing their busi­ness­es after switch­ing from man­u­al labor to robot­ics, while also cut­ting labor costs along the way.
