ABB IRB 2400

In addi­tion, the com­pact design of the IRB 2400 ensures ease of instal­la­tion and all mod­els offer invert­ed mount­ing capa­bil­i­ty. The IRB 2400 S4C arc weld­ing mod­el has a 1.5m reach and a pay­load of 12 kg with a han­dling capac­i­ty up to 20 kg in oth­er models. 

The Foundry Plus ABB IRB 2400 S4C ver­sion is wash­able with high pres­sure steam and it’s sup­plied with increased envi­ron­ment pro­tec­tion meet­ing IP 67 standard.

As with all robots, reg­u­lar main­te­nance is impor­tant. Make sure to use Mobil­gear­lube X320 oil for axes 1 – 3 of the IRB 2400, and Opti­mol BM 100 oil for axes 4 – 6.

This robot can be paired with the S4C or the IRC5 controllers.
