The ABB IRB 660 – 180 is the high speed ver­sion and an improve­ment from its pre­de­ces­sor as it has an opti­mized motor pow­er and motion per­for­mance that result in short­er cycle times. It excels at push­ing the work­ing enve­lope as it is a very fast, 4‑axis robot that seam­less­ly com­bines its 180 kg pay­load and 3150 mm reach to per­fect­ly tack­le pal­letiz­ing tasks. The long reach of the IRB 660 – 180 enables it to serve up to four in-feed con­vey­ors, two pal­let stacks, one slip-sheet stack, and four pal­letiz­ing out-feed­ing lines. It is now easy to see that the IRB 660 has the ver­sa­til­i­ty, reach, and han­dling capac­i­ty to become the ide­al solu­tion for pal­letiz­ing bags, box­es, crates, bot­tles, and more. 

This robot requires min­i­mal ser­vice inter­vals with its rugged design and IP67 tight­ness. In addi­tion, the IRB 660 has easy pro­gram­ming and intu­itive oper­a­tion with the IRC5 con­troller and com­pre­hen­sive soft­ware, Pick­Mas­ter. Over­all, the per­fect solu­tion for your next pal­letiz­ing job!
