Fanuc M-6iB

The Fanuc M‑6iB con­sis­tent­ly pro­vides high per­for­mance through fea­tures designed to increase pro­duc­tion. The robot arm fea­tures 6 axes, a mod­u­lar con­struc­tion, and fea­ture-rich stan­dard capa­bil­i­ties that pro­vide dex­ter­i­ty, reli­a­bil­i­ty, and bring high speeds to the pro­duc­tion line. The M‑6iB is the per­fect solu­tion for count­less appli­ca­tions and work­ing envi­ron­ments. It also comes in the short arm ver­sion, the M‑6iB/​6S.

A slim­mer wrist allows the M6iB RJ3iB to nav­i­gate around nar­row spaces. Increased axis speeds and elec­tric ser­vo dri­ves allow reduced cycle times.

Flex­i­bil­i­ty is max­i­mized through a wider work area and larg­er reach. Ded­i­cat­ed pneu­mat­ic and elec­tri­cal con­nec­tions on the J3 axis allow for easy inte­gra­tion of EOAT. Mul­ti­ple mount­ing posi­tions allow the Fanuc M 6iB RJ3iB to be installed in even the most dif­fi­cult fac­to­ry set­tings and the robot can flip over back­ward to pro­duce an even larg­er work envelope.

The M‑6iB is pro­grammed with a Fanuc mate­r­i­al han­dling style teach pen­dant. It fea­tures a large LCD screen and intu­itive con­trol over the process.
