Motoman MH24-10

If you are look­ing for high per­for­mance and an increase in your pro­duc­tiv­i­ty, then the 6‑axis MH24-10 is the robot for you. It is a pow­er­ful (10 kg pay­load), high-speed robot that has very fast axis speeds and accel­er­a­tion, all of which helps to reduce cycle times and increase out­put. It main­tains a small foot­print with its slim, yet con­toured, arm design and extend­ed reach of 2,010 mm. The reach and slim arm of the MH24-10 is ide­al for agri­cul­ture, con­struc­tion machin­ery, or auto­mo­tive frames as it can access tight spots very easily. 

Cable pro­tec­tion is tak­en care of with the hol­low upper arm as a 50 mm clear­ance through axes 4 – 6 enclos­es the cable to help pro­tect it from wear, inter­fer­ence, or snag­ging. This design of the MH24-10 also helps to sim­pli­fy pro­gram­ming, allows for mount­ing on the back­side of the upper arm, and ulti­mate­ly is ide­al for high-den­si­ty work­cells that will include many oth­er robots work­ing close together.
