Motoman MH250 II

The Motoman MH250 II is an opti­mized and very flex­i­ble robot, designed with fast axi­al speeds and accel­er­a­tion to improve cycle times on the pro­duc­tion line. This pow­er­ful MH250 II robot increas­es the over­all pro­duc­tion out­put while con­quer­ing tasks that require a pay­load up to 250 kg. The MH250 II’s can tack­le large parts and heavy pay­loads, while also reach­ing into con­fined spaces with its stream­lined upper arm design. The large work enve­lope extends behind the robot, and the cables and air­lines are rout­ed through the robot base to the upper arm to help increase the cable life. This robot is ide­al for ​“jig­less” appli­ca­tions where robot posi­tion parts for pro­cess­ing by oth­er robots. 

The Motoman MH250 II is paired with the DX200 con­troller and the IP67-rat­ed wrist and an IP54 bod­yare stan­dard the MH250 II robots.
