The ver­sa­tile MPL100 II is a 5‑axis, high per­for­mance robot that has a pay­load of 100 kg with cabling flange, and 115 kg with­out cabling flange. It can tack­le numer­ous pal­letiz­ing jobs such as case pal­letiz­ing, bag pal­letiz­ing, lay­er form­ing, pal­let han­dling, order pick­ing, or tasks for end-of-line or dis­tri­b­u­tion cen­ter automation. 

The reach of the robot (3,149 mm ver­ti­cal, with 2,150 mm hor­i­zon­tal) allows the MPL100 II to build loads up to 102 inch­es tall with stan­dard 48 in. x 40 in. pallets. 

The wrist of the robot is hol­low which allows flex­i­bil­i­ty to con­nect an EOAT enabling a wide range of motion with­out any inter­fer­ence. The robot base has cable instal­la­tion to help allow the field bus rout­ing to the upper arm/​gripper. Also, the T‑axis fea­tures high allow­able moment of iner­tia, eas­ing the abil­i­ty to han­dle asym­met­ric loads with­out the com­pro­mise of speed or per­for­mance. There are addi­tion­al options avail­able, such as Pal­let­Solver, which helps cre­ate pal­letiz­ing pat­terns and quick changeovers with­out stop­ping pro­duc­tion. Over­all, the MPL100 II is high­ly cus­tomiz­able to each pal­letiz­ing sys­tem mak­ing it the per­fect solu­tion for your next automa­tion integration. 

The MPL100 II will be paired with the DX200 controller.
