Fanuc ARC Mate 120i

The flex­i­ble Fanuc ARC Mate 120i is a six-axis, elec­tric ser­vo-dri­ven robot capa­ble of pre­cise high-speed weld­ing and cut­ting. Accu­ra­cy and per­for­mance are designed into the Fanuc ARC Mate 120i for all your weld­ing and cut­ting requirements.

Designed with inte­gral util­i­ties, includ­ing gas/​air lines and a wire feed motor cable rout­ed inside the arc-weld­ing robot arm, the ARC Mate 120i offers improved reli­a­bil­i­ty, reduces set­up time and elim­i­nates exter­nal cabling require­ments. The ARC Mate 120i has the option of using the RJ2 or RJ3 controllers.

The ARC Mate 120i fea­tures com­pata­bil­i­ty with all major brands of weld­ing equip­ment, inter­faces with most types of ser­vo dri­ven or index­ing posi­tion­ers, has sealed bear­ings and dri­ves which pro­vides pro­tec­tion and improve reli­a­bil­i­ty, inte­grat­ed con­troller to reduce foot­print and elim­i­nate exposed con­nec­tion cables, and cable routes through the cen­ter of axis rota­tion to improve reliability.
