The flexible FANUC Arc Mate 120i is a six-axis, electric servo-driven robot capable of precise high-speed welding and cutting. Accuracy and performance are designed into the Fanuc ARC Mate 120i for all your welding and cutting requirements.

Designed with integral utilities, including gas/air lines and a wire feed motor cable routed inside the arc-welding robot arm, the ARC Mate 120i offers improved reliability, reduces setup time and eliminates external cabling requirements. The ARC Mate 120i has the option of using the RJ2 or RJ3 controllers.

The Arc Mate 120i features compatability with all major brands of welding equipment, interfaces with most types of servo driven or indexing positioners, has sealed bearings and drives which provides protection and improve reliability, integrated controller to reduce footprint and eliminate exposed connection cables, and cable routes through the center of axis rotation to improve reliability.

Experts at RobotWorx also provide used ARC Mate 120i robots. Each reconditioned robot goes through a meticulous refurbishment process that brings the used ARC Mate120i back to mint condition. Every reconditioned ARC Mate 120i comes with the RobotWorx Value Package.

The new and used Arc Mate120i can be paired with the RJ2 or the RJ3 controllers.
