Fanuc LR Mate 200i

The Fanuc LR Mate 200i is a com­pact six-axis robot ide­al for a vari­ety of man­u­fac­tur­ing and sys­tem process­es. The LR Mate 200 table­top design allows for use in a wide range of com­mer­cial and indus­tri­al appli­ca­tions, while sav­ing floor space. The LR Mate 200i is engi­neered to pro­vide max­i­mum flex­i­bil­i­ty in a com­pact design. Hol­low joint con­struc­tion of the LR Mate 200i enclos­es all cable rout­ing to elim­i­nate snag­ging and absolute ser­i­al encoders elim­i­nate the need for cal­i­bra­tion at pow­er-up. Upright or invert mount­ing posi­tions are pos­si­ble with no robot mod­i­fi­ca­tions. The LR Mate 200i can use either RJ2 RJ3 controllers.

The Fanuc LR Mate 200i has end effec­tor con­nec­tor built into the wrist, fail-safe brakes on axes 2 and 3, sealed bear­ings and dri­ves, stan­dard IP54 dust and liq­uid intru­sion pack­age. It also has an inte­gral, inter­nal­ly mount­ed sole­noid valve pack. Addi­tion­al­ly, the 200i is capa­ble of axis speeds up to 480 degrees per second.
