Motoman EA1800N

The Motoman weld­ing robot EA1800N is the solu­tion for arc weld­ing large work pieces. This heavy pay­load manip­u­la­tor is faster than most stan­dard arc weld­ing robots and allows for spe­cial­ized sen­sors to be mount­ed near the torch. Inter­nal cabling reduces inter­fer­ence and allows for bet­ter part access.

Range of motion in EA 1800N NX100 Motoman weld­ing robots are expand­ed through the improved design of the B and T axes. A hol­low upper arm opti­mizes the bend radius of the torch and pre­vents pinched and stretched cables. The high­er pay­load of this arm allows for use in mul­ti­ple appli­ca­tions, includ­ing dis­pens­ing and mate­r­i­al handling.

A ceil­ing / wall mount­ing option is avail­able on the new and used EA-1800N, for addi­tion­al flexibility.
