Motoman's ES200D spot welding robot offers a higher payload capacity. A 200kg maximum payload capacity requires a powerful build, and this robot delivers. Not willing to sacrifice quality for size, Motoman developed the ES 200D DX100 robot to feature both. Its repeatability of 0.2mm and maximum motion range remain unchanged from the ES series. Power and utility cables are kept in place with cable harnesses and routed through the ES-200D body to reduce maintenance costs and increase weld quality and reliability.

The used ES200 D has undergone a very intense refurbishment process and includes the RobotWorx Value Package. The new and used Motoman ES200 DX100 robot performs more than just spot welding. Material handling, press tending, and other industrial applications can also be automated by the ES-200 DX100 robot.

The DX100 controller for the ES series robots can control up to eight robots at a time and follows ANDI/RIA 15.06-1999 and other important safety standards.
