Motoman MA3100

The extend­ed reach of the Motoman weld­ing robot MA3100 pro­vides a way to han­dle com­plex arc weld­ing appli­ca­tions. The Motoman MA3100 DX100 robot arm can reach around large parts with quick maneu­vers. The abil­i­ty to wall- or ceil­ing-mount this arm increas­es flex­i­bil­i­ty while con­serv­ing floor­space. The MA3100 fea­tures the new Sig­ma V AC ser­vo motor con­trol tech­nol­o­gy and Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) con­trol. Inter­nal­ly rout­ed cables elim­i­nate cable inter­fer­ence and result in improved performance.

This redesigned arm pre­vents bent or pinched cables and min­i­mizes wire feed prob­lems. MA3100 DX100 Motoman weld­ing robots can also reach into dif­fi­cult loca­tions with ease. The extra long reach of the Motoman MA3100 often elim­i­nates the need for a track installation.
