The versatile MH400 II is a high performance robot specifically used for heavy duty jobs as it can handle a payload up to 400 kg and multiple materials including ceramics, composites, metals, and polymers.  It is perfect for machine or press tending, "jigless" applications, or any other handling tasks as it has heavy-duty bearings that help to provide a smooth arm rotation.  The six-axis MH400 II has full capability with parallel link construction which boasts strength, rigidity, and stabilization for any loads bearing high moment or inertia.

The design of the MH400 II is also streamlined, which improves overall productivity as it can reach into confined spaces. Cable and air line lives can be increased as they are routed through the robot base to the upper arm. This also enhances safety and reduces teaching time. Automating with the MH400 II can help rid any inconsistencies that may have previously existed with manual operations with applications such as turning, milling, and grinding

Other bonuses include a 70% less power consumption during motion and 25% savings during idle periods. In addition, the safety features are enhanced as it has control reliable software for guarding.
