MH50 II-35 Information

The powerful MH50II-35 is a high speed robot that is perfect for coating, dispensing, material cutting, and handling applications because of its extended reach (2,538 mm horizontal; 4,448 mm vertical). These long reaches help expand the work envelope and create small interference zones which helps manufacturers save workspace as they can be placed close to other equipment/workpieces. 

The six-axis MH50II-35 is built on reliability and guaranteed to reduce cycle times as it has high-rigidity speed reducers paired with high-speed motion. In addition, the  35 kg payload and high inertia ratings make this robot the perfect solution for your heavy duty and large workloads. 

Cable and airline life are expected to be extended with the design that routes them through the robot base to the upper arm.  There is also a cable installation tube in the robot base that enables the fieldbus to be routed to the upper arm or EOAT. These thoughtful designs also help to enhance safety and reduce teaching time. 

Different wall, floor, or ceiling mounting options are available for the MH50II-35. To make integration easier, there are also options to mount peripheral equipment in multiple locations. 

The fast, heavy duty, and reliable MH50II-35 will be paired with the DX200 controller.
