Motoman UPJ

The Motoman UPJ fea­tures a super com­pact body and a micro­minia­ture PC-based con­troller. It offers supe­ri­or per­for­mance in small part han­dling and assem­bly. The UPJ is ide­al for lab automa­tion, inspec­tion, test­ing, edu­ca­tion, and research appli­ca­tions. Requir­ing min­i­mal instal­la­tion space, the 200 mm base width of the Motoman UPJ allows it to be mount­ed in con­fined spaces. To fur­ther increase flex­i­bil­i­ty, it fea­tures a wide work­ing enve­lope and inter­nal rout­ing of elec­tri­cal and pneu­mat­ic lines.

The JRC 2001 con­troller is one of the small­est con­trollers in its class. The small, yet stur­dy, con­struc­tion allows easy mount­ing under con­vey­ors, in con­trol cab­i­nets, or oth­er small spaces. Two pro­gram­ming pen­dants are avail­able for the Motoman UPJ JRC. A com­pact ver­sion for sim­ple pro­gram­ming and an enhanced ver­sion with a 6.5 inch col­or screen for more com­plex programming.

Pur­chas­ing a used Motoman UPJ will help save ini­tial invest­ment costs. All used UPJ robots have under­gone a very metic­u­lous refur­bish­ment process.
