The Advantages of Operator Stations

The operator station is the interface that workers use on a daily base to run a robot or a workcell. The design on the op station can vary, but typically consists of 6 or 9 buttons that start the cycle, hold the cycle, turn the servo motors on or off, select the job to run, reset the safety faults, and/or stop the system in an emergency. The operator controls the entire workcell from this station.  The op station provides your staff with simplified push button control of a complex robotic system, reducing the opportunity for errors.

An operator station an essential part of any robot or workcell, giving workers user-friendly push button control for a complex robotic system. For more information on operator systems, contact RobotWorx at 740-383-8383.
