The ABB IRB 4400 S4C robot­ic sys­tem is com­pact and capa­ble of medi­um to heavy han­dling. Being exceed­ing­ly fast with mul­ti­ple capa­bil­i­ties the IRB 4400 has a load capac­i­ty up to 60 kg, can typ­i­cal­ly han­dle two parts at a time and long inter­vals of time between rou­tine main­te­nance. The IRB 4400 robot uses Mobil­gear­lube X320 on axes 1 – 3 and Opti­mol BM 100 on axes 4 – 6. It also uses Moly­White grease on the bal­anc­ing unit.
