Fanuc LR Mate 200iD

The Fanuc LRMate 200iD is the lat­est, com­pact, mini robot that has the approx­i­mate reach and size of a human arm. This helps to min­i­mize inter­fer­ence with periph­er­al devices and allows oper­a­tion in nar­row spaces. It is known as the light­est mechan­i­cal unit in its class and has mul­ti­ple mount­ing options which helps with instal­la­tion flexibility.

The LR Mate 200iD R30iA fea­tures high motion per­for­mance and a 7kg pay­load. There are mul­ti­ple mod­els of the LR Mate 200iD avail­able such as the stan­dard arm LR Mate 200iD (717mm reach), LR Mate 200iD/​4S short arm (550mm reach), LR Mate 200iD/​7L long arm (911mm reach), food/­clean-room, and wash-proof. 

The Fanuc LR Mate 200iD has a small foot­print, is light weight, and has mul­ti­ple mount­ing options, all of which help to make it an easy robot to inte­grate and install. Addi­tion­al­ly, the robot has a high­ly rigid arm and advanced ser­vo tech­nol­o­gy that helps it per­form excep­tion­al­ly smooth with min­i­mal vibra­tions dur­ing high-speed operations. 

As men­tioned pre­vi­ous­ly, if nec­es­sary there is an IP69K robot option and a bot­tom cable exit option avail­able to help pro­vide pro­tec­tion in harsh envi­ron­ments. If vision is need­ed, then there are also many intel­li­gent fea­tures avail­able such as iRVi­sion and force sensing. 

The LR Mate 200iD is a superb robot and can be paired with one of the fol­low­ing options: the R‑30iB, the R‑30iB Mate Cab­i­net, the R‑30iB Open Air Cab­i­net, or the R‑30iB iPen­dant touch.
