Fanuc LR Mate Robot Series

Fanuc LR Mate 200iD/7L

The Fanuc LR Mate 200iD/7L is the long reach version in the LR Mate 200iD series displaying a reach of 911 mm. Just like the standard LR 200iD, this long reach version is a high motion performance robot with a wide work envelope and is great for a wide variety of applications, such as material handling, polishing, pick and place, or assembly. This compact, multi-purpose robot is also very fast at handling small payloads up to 7 kg. The 200iD/7L has an enhanced wrist load capacity for great efficiency and ability to handle multiple workpieces.

Furthermore, it is the lightest mechanical unit in its class, enabling very simple mounting (with a variety of different options) and installation flexibility. The LRMate 200iD/7L R30iB has a slim arm integrated with hand cabling and piping allowing it to fit in small spaces. It also has some of the most advanced servo technology and a very rigid arm to further produce smooth operations with minimal vibrations.

As is the case with all LR Mate robots, there are a wide variety of options available such as integrated intelligent functionality, special application packages, and standard IP67 protection.

The LRMate 200iD 7L can be paired with the R-30iB controller, R-30iB open air cabinet, R-30iB Mate cabinet, or the R-30iB iPendant touch and is an excellent addition to the workplace if you are looking to advance your production. All robots purchased through Robots.com include the Robots.com Value Package.
