Fanuc M-16iB/20T

The six-axis Fanuc M‑16iB/​20T is an over­head rail mount­ed robot that pro­vides accu­ra­cy for a vari­ety of appli­ca­tions, includ­ing mate­r­i­al han­dling, machine tend­ing, injec­tion mold­ing, dis­pens­ing, pal­letiz­ing, and plas­ma cut­ting, mak­ing it ver­sa­tile enough for a broad range of indus­tries. This toploader robot com­bines gantry styling with a 20kg pay­load capac­i­ty, a 1517 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach, and offers a wide work enve­lope and excep­tion­al flex­i­bil­i­ty. The M16iB/​20T is a robot dri­ven by ser­vo-motors, which allows it to oper­ate smooth­ly and accu­rate­ly with­out need of cal­i­bra­tion when pow­er­ing it up. 

By inte­grat­ing the Fanuc M16iB/​20T RJ3iB into a facil­i­ty, a man­u­fac­tur­er can see their machine pro­duc­tiv­i­ty increase by as much as 30 per­cent. The M‑16iB/​20T also reduces cap­i­tal and main­te­nance costs, while min­i­miz­ing instal­la­tion time.
