Fanuc SR Mate 200i

Designed specif­i­cal­ly for plas­tic injec­tion mold­ing appli­ca­tions, the Fanuc SR Mate 200i is per­fect for tend­ing 150- to 350-ton injec­tion mold­ing machines. The SR (Shot Robot) Mate 200i fea­tures a mod­u­lar con­struct­ed, rail-mount­ed arm that can be used for injec­tion mold­ing, machine tool tend­ing, mate­r­i­al han­dling, part trans­fer, gaug­ing, assem­bly, and sam­pling. The com­bi­na­tion of lin­ear and rotary motions increase per­for­mance and productivity.

The Fanuc 200i is an excel­lent alter­na­tive to con­ven­tion­al gantry-style arms because it is opti­mized for high speed extrac­tions. Rail mount­ing reduces the instal­la­tion floor-space require­ments and adds ver­sa­til­i­ty to layouts.

The SRMate 200i can use either the RJ3 or the RJ3iB controller.
