Motoman EPL500

Designed specif­i­cal­ly for pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions, the four-axis Motoman EPL500 Expert Pal­letiz­ing robot is a high-yield manip­u­la­tor that fea­tures inter­nal­ly rout­ed air and I/O sig­nal lines.

The EPL500 NX100 has a wide 360 degree work enve­lope that allows it to ser­vice mul­ti­ple infeed con­vey­ors and pal­let load­ing stations.

PC-based off-line pro­gram­ming soft­ware is avail­able as an option to sim­pli­fy pro­gram­ming of pal­letiz­ing appli­ca­tions for the Motoman EPL500 NX100 robot. EPL-series mod­els are high­ly reli­able, with a 62,000-hour MTBF (Mean Time Between Fail­ure) rating.
