Motoman HP20RD

The Motoman HP20RD is a shelf-mount robot arm that fea­tures the same high speed per­for­mance as the HP20D DX100 arm. The used Motoman HP20RD is also avail­able through Robots​.com. Robots​.com experts spend a lot of time bring­ing all of their refur­bished robots back to mint condition. 

The HP20RD is designed exclu­sive­ly for injec­tion mold­ing appli­ca­tions. A high lev­el of repeata­bil­i­ty, cou­pled with the increased speed of this mod­el, allow the robot to per­form its tasks effi­cient­ly, with­out cut­ting out quality. 

This shelf mount­ed ver­sion of the HP20D has a pow­er­ful design, with a slim base, waist, and arm, which allow it to get close to work piece fix­tur­ing, improv­ing acces­si­bil­i­ty to parts and prod­ucts, espe­cial­ly when per­form­ing injec­tion mold­ing applications.

The HP20RD has a com­pact design, as men­tioned above, along with advanced col­li­sion avoid­ance, and the abil­i­ty to con­trol up to 8 robots at a time. This means that HP20RD robots can work togeth­er to pro­vide max­i­mum per­for­mance in injec­tion mold­ing appli­ca­tions, while using min­i­mal floor space.

With a 3134 mm reach, a 0.06 repeata­bil­i­ty, and a 20 kg pay­load, the HP20RD is a pow­er­ful injec­tion mold­ing robot with high moment and iner­tial rat­ings — which only improve its productivity.
