Motoman MA2010

The Motoman MA2010 is an advanced 6‑axis arc weld­ing robot. This robot comes equipped with the new DX200 con­troller, 10 kg pay­load, and a +/-0.8 mm repeata­bil­i­ty. The MA2010 is slim with an extend­ed reach, allow­ing it to increase pro­duc­tion with­out tak­ing up much space. It has a wide 50 mm through-hole for torch cabling, sen­sor wires, and water cool­ing that elim­i­nates cable inter­fer­ence and sim­pli­fies pro­gram­ming. Its sym­met­ric wrist design allows for equal torch access to both sides of the part being weld­ed. The Motoman MA2010 is ide­al­ly suit­ed for high-den­si­ty work­cells with mul­ti­ple robots work­ing in close prox­im­i­ty, due to its slim­ness and accu­ra­cy, but it works great by itself as well.
