Motoman MPL300 II

The ver­sa­tile MPL300 II is a 4‑axis, high per­for­mance robot that has a pay­load of 300 kg, exten­sive reach of 3,024 mm ver­ti­cal, 3,159 mm hor­i­zon­tal reach, and a ±0.5 mm repeata­bil­i­ty. This reach allows the MPL300 II to build loads up to 102 inch­es tall with stan­dard 48 in. x 40 in. pal­lets. It is the per­fect robot to han­dle numer­ous pal­letiz­ing jobs such as case pal­letiz­ing, bag pal­letiz­ing, de-pal­letiz­ing, lay­er form­ing, and lay­er picking. 

The wrist of the MPL300 II is hol­low which allows flex­i­bil­i­ty to con­nect an EOAT enabling a wide range of motion with­out any inter­fer­ence. The robot base has cable instal­la­tion to help allow the field bus rout­ing to the upper arm/​gripper. Also, the T‑axis fea­tures high allow­able moment of iner­tia, eas­ing the abil­i­ty to han­dle asym­met­ric loads with­out the com­pro­mise of speed or performance. 

There are addi­tion­al options avail­able, such as Pal­let­Solver, which helps cre­ate pal­letiz­ing pat­terns and quick changeovers with­out stop­ping pro­duc­tion. In addi­tion, there is anoth­er option for the NSF-H1 cer­ti­fied food-grade lubri­cant avail­able if need­ed for a food or con­sumer prod­uct pack­ag­ing envi­ron­ment. Over­all, the MPL300 II is high­ly cus­tomiz­able to each pal­letiz­ing sys­tem mak­ing it the per­fect solu­tion for your next automa­tion integration. 

The MPL300 II will be paired with the DX200 or MLX200 controller.
