Motoman UP400RD II

The high­ly flex­i­ble, six-axis, Motoman UP400RD II is the answer to your heavy duty mate­r­i­al han­dling jobs. It can han­dle a pay­load of up to 400 kg, has a slim, space sav­ing design, is shelf-mount­ed, and is ener­gy effi­cient. Com­pared to pre­vi­ous mod­els, the UP400RD II can save up to 70% on pow­er con­sump­tion dur­ing motion and 25% dur­ing idle peri­ods. The cables are guar­an­teed to last longer as they are rout­ed through the robot base to the upper arm. 

In addi­tion, the UP400RD II has a great reach (4,909 mm ver­ti­cal, and 3,518 mm hor­i­zon­tal) which gives it the abil­i­ty to ser­vice equip­ment in a large work enve­lope. It is high-speed with its fast axis rates and will increase the pro­duc­tion through­put that you are seeking. 

Also, there is an addi­tion­al option to sim­pli­fy pro­gram­ming and sim­u­la­tion even more with the Moto­Sim EG-VRC off-line pro­gram­ming software.
