Motoman UP Robot Series

Motoman UP Robot Series

Motoman UP400RD II

The highly flexible, six-axis, Motoman UP400RD II is the answer to your heavy duty material handling jobs. It can handle a payload of up to 400 kg, has a slim, space saving design, is shelf-mounted, and is energy efficient. Compared to previous models, the UP400RD II can save up to 70% on power consumption during motion and 25% during idle periods. The cables are guaranteed to last longer as they are routed through the robot base to the upper arm.

In addition, the UP400RD II has a great reach (4,909 mm vertical, and 3,518 mm horizontal) which gives it the ability to service equipment in a large work envelope. It is high-speed with its fast axis rates and will increase the production throughput that you are seeking.

Also, there is an additional option to simplify programming and simulation even more with the MotoSim EG-VRC off-line programming software.

The UP400RD II is paired with the DX200 controller and will be a great selection for your material handling production line.
