ABB is set to bring your production line flexibility, versatility, and a quality production with its FlexArc L-300 workcell. This is a pre-assembled workcell, ready to go as soon as it was delivered. All cables have been routed and connected at the factory and the cell components mounted on a common base, eliminating any necessary engineering work. The FlexArc L-300 offers customers the choice between single or multi-robot production solutions.
The ABB FlexArc L-300 workcell can handle parts up to 300 kg, has a maximum continuous Torque of 350 Nm, a maximum bending Torque of 600 Nm, a maximum rotation speed of 180 rpm. It is compatible with the ABB IRB 1660iD, IRB 2600iD, and the IRB 4600 robots.
The FlexPendant weld data editor is intuitive, easy to use, and requires minimal training; it provides operators with very important information such as product quality and production data. Furthermore, the FlexArc L-300 provides product monitoring where the robot will turn a light on to indicate the part was produced according to specification.
The FlexArc workcell also provides advanced error handling that means there is no need to go inside a cell when a weld error occurs. With a push of a button, the robot will come to the service pocket inside of the safety fence and the operator can service the welding torch from outside the cell.
Additional options include: Torch Service Center Including BullseyeTM, SmarTacTM, Laser SmarTacTM, Connected Services, 3D Optical Tracking, Robot Studio, Virtual FlexArcTM, WeldGuide, Secondary Enabling Device, Roll-up Door, and a Fume Hood.
