The ArcWorld II-100 line of workcells is affordable and ideal for general fabricators. The two-station turntable allows an operator to easily load and unload parts from a single point. The equipment is designed to be lagged to the floor and can shipped on a common base for minimal setup time. Cables can be routed overhead to maximize life and minimize wear. The cell includes a fence-mounted cycle start and E-stop buttons, as well as a total safety environment.
This AWII-100 can accommodate one robot arm and a typical choice is the Motoman EA1400 or SSA2000. Either robot can minimize cycle times and increase throughput. In the standard ArcWorld II-100 cell, the MSR-200 provides the part positioning in this cell. The MRS-200 is a 180 degree servo-controlled indexing table. It has a payload of 200kg per side and an indexing time of 4 seconds.
