Similar to the Motoman ArcWorld II-100, the AW II-100HD is designed to be an all-inclusive welding solution. It features the MSR-300, a heavy-duty servo-controlled turntable with a 300kg payload. A swift 4 second index time allows for maximum productivity.
Even with its small footprint, the Motoman ArcWorld II-100HD can accommodate a variety of mid-range robot arms. Some common arms are the SK16, UP6, UP20, EA1400, and SSA2000. This workcell also includes an integrated welding package and total safety environment. The 180 degree turntable is separated into two sections that allows an operator to safely load and unload parts while the robot is welding.
