The Motoman ArcWorld III-1000 uses a servo indexing turntable for high speed part positioning. The table is programmed through the robot controller and performs as an additional axis. The standard MSR-500 table has a wide 60†turning diameter that is divided to allow an operator to safely load and unload parts while the robot is welding.
The single robot configuration is ideal for a variety of Motoman robot models including the UP6, UP20, and SSA2000. An additional robot can be added to this workcell (ArcWorld III-1200) to double the productivity. This workcell also includes an integrated welding package, safety enclosure, operator station, and robot controller. It can easily handle single or multiple fixture part runs.
An additional option is the MSR-1000 positioner, which increases the payload capacity to 1000kg.
